In 1989, Lanier Tent Rental was started, in Gainesville, Georgia by Ted Havlik. All his prior knowledge was in construction and home improvement, not the rental industry. He realized the need for a party rental company to serve the northeast georgia area. Lanier Tent Rental was born from a few small party tents, a handful of particle board tables, and some old cafeteria style metal folding chairs. Since then he has built an impressive inventory of wedding and party rental equipment, not limited to only tents, tables, and chairs. Lanier Tent Rental also rents stages, dancefloors, concession equipment, a full array of linens, and various china and flatware.

Lanier Tent Rental strives to provide the highest level of service with quality products at competitive prices in the northeast georgia area. We provide rental equipment for a variety of events such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, grand openings, corporate business party or event, holiday parties, and many other special occasions. Since 1998, Lanier Tent Rental has been sending its employees off to school at a party tent manufacturers so they can improve delivery and installation skills. We strive to constantly train our employees through meetings and classes in an effort to provide our clients with the best service in northeast georgia. We have traveled as far as Augusta, Dalton, Rabun Gap, Athens, and North and South Carolina, but we are also happy to provide service in the Atlanta area.
